- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): Obtaining DSCs for the proposed directors/partners.

- Name Approval: Filing the application to reserve the unique company name (via RUN or Part A of SPICe+).
2. Core Incorporation Filing (SPICe+ Form)
- MoA & AoA Preparation: Drafting and finalizing the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Articles of Association (AoA) for the company.
- Filing with ROC: Submission of the integrated SPICe+ form with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for final incorporation.
3. Post-Incorporation Registration & Licenses
The SPICe+ process integrates several other mandatory registrations, which we facilitate:
- PAN & TAN: Permanent Account Number and Tax Deduction Account Number.
